The topic for stakeholder mapping is “Smart schools for Rural India.” Considering expensive coaching centres as the main highlight the ecosystem firstly includes the primary aspects which are employees, admin, students, faculties, investors and social workers.

Problem Statement 2
Shruti Sawant who is 20 years Interior design student from Karnavati University. She wants to extract some time from her busy schedule and do some social work but she is unable to go outside of her campus because of her class durations and college location.
Experience
I was nervous at the beginning because for the very first time I was doing User Experience and User Interface project which is a really important aspect of Graphic Design. I also learnt that active communication with mentor is the key to ensuring the project’s success.
The task was fun and the process helped in the better understanding of so many factors about how the various aspects are connected with each other. First we did brainstorming, plannings, rough works and then we came up with this final stakeholder map, persona mapping and IH which are the essential elements of an UX process for the platform which helped me for better understanding. Also while this module, we learned how to work in a team while understanding each other’s perspective and following the right direction.
